We're pleased to announce that TRTMD Health Clinic now offers an on-site Quest phlebotomy location at our Annapolis office for your convenience! This service is exclusively available to TRTMD Health Clinic patients, making it easier than ever to complete your laboratory testing in a comfortable and familiar setting.
If you're due for your next blood draw, please send us a message through the patient portal or call our office to schedule your appointment.

Please complete the following tasks:
- Verify Your Account Details: Check the "Account Details" tab to ensure all your information is correct.
- *Add a Profile Photo*: Upload a current photo so we can personalize your experience and better assist you. If you choose not to upload your own photo, a photo will be taken of you, during your next in person appointment.
- Add Your Payment Method: Add and store your payment information. You can store multiple cards, but please select the primary card for your monthly memberships.
- Complete Forms and Questionnaires: For all upcoming appointments, check the "Forms and Questionnaires" tab to complete any required forms before your visit.
- Update Your Medications and Supplements: Enter current medications and supplements along with their dosages.
- Update Your Allergies: Ensure your allergy information is current.
- Update Your Pharmacy Preferences: Provide your preferred pharmacy information.
